Our capabilities include both in-house and portable, on-site lab facilities for testing under actual field conditions. This allows us to test your gerotor system under real-world, environmental extremes for all required performance, durability and efficiency parameters. Nichols Portland is the world's largest manufacturer of gerotors. We pioneered most of the specialized powdered metal and metal cutting processes now used for gerotors. With these capabilities, and our dedicated CNC machinery and complete heat-treating facilities, we can make a single custom gerotor, small lot quantities or millions of precise sets, all with strict adherence to quality standards, engineering specifications, costs and delivery schedules. Our manufacturing people work together with our quality planning and engineering teams to achieve precise control of every step in the design/production process.
